Some Opening Thoughts

As our modern social media landscape continues to skew towards fascism and white supremacy, I feel like it's more important than ever to have spaces to yourself that allow you to talk about your hobbies without risk of some washed up gamergater or edgy 14 year old calling you a tourist or a cuck. The fact that you can be assaulted with the opinion of someone who can't buy scratch cards at any point in the day is an affliction to my rights as a human, and the fact that there's a high likelihood that they're a misinformed racist is even worse. So, here we are.

Social media, generally, doesn't offer a lot of the features I would like. I want more customisation, I want more personalisation, and I want less nonsense clogging up the whole experience.

I like to write my spur of the moment thoughts and have a backlog of them, kind of like seeing your previous search results in the Google search bar. This is largely the operating philosophy of this blog going forward, and I hope you find some stuff that will pique your interests while your here.
